Primary Skill Requirement 5+ years of experience
.NET 3.0 and above , WCF, C#, Silver Light 2.0/3.0
Customer Interfacing, good communication skill (Verbal & Written)
Secondary Skill Requirement MS CRM, Fxcop tool and writing unit test cases using TFS (Team foundation system), knowledge on UML
