FileNet Admin Description:

Position Description & Responsibilities
Works closely with clients, vendors, and other technical staff to
identify and resolve complex issues or problems that impact the
environment. - Installs, configures, and maintains FileNet P8, Web
Services, Content Services and Process Analyzer management software. -
Provides technical support for FileNet application development. -
Consults with clients and other technical staff on complex FileNet
design, implementation, or maintenance issues. - Provide capacity
planning and manages performance of the FileNet environment.

Qualifications
* FileNet Admin with 4-5 years experience with Content Manager

* FileNet P8 Upgrade Experience from 3.5.2 to 4.x is essential

* Web Sphere Administration
* Unix skills capable of performing simple admin tasks on AIX servers
including the ability to
o Logon and logoff
o Navigate file system
o Edit Text files
o Use X-Windows applications
o Upload or Download files from/to Unix servers
o Execute UNIX commands as needed

* Experience administering DB2 and Oracle Databases

* Experience with TSM
* Experience with database access technologies (e.g., SQL)

* Shell scripting experience a plus
* Familiarity with client side UI technologies (e.g., HTML,CSS,
Javascript)
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Experience with analysis phase activities (discussing business needs
with customers and translating to technical capabilities and
requirements, etc.)
* Experience in Admin and monitor Bulk Data Import application services
* Electronic Document Management experience (4-5 years)
* Good Customer/Client relationship skills
* Good Documentation/Record Keeping skills
