1. UI, Web Developer

Technologies:
 HTML, CSS
 Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, XML
 Exposure to SEO
 Working knowledge of Apache & Tomcat
 Photoshop, Flash, Adobe Pagemaker, Flash/Flex
 Usability Standards, usability testing


Deliverables:
 Will work on design & templates of all pages across the site
 Monitor Search Engine Crawling & Sitemap
 Site load speed must be optimized to be very fast
 Take care of all visual aspects of online properties
 Create UI mockup designs based on requirement, spec docs
 Visual thinker for all online properties and communication
 Various versions of logo, buttons, visual components
 Ensure that all images are optimized and light-weight
 Create standards - formats & versioning to be followed
 Come up with ideas for site color palette & online campaigns
 Intuitive understanding on how to make design and interactions for business applications simple and user-friendly, yet appealing

3. PHP Developer

Technologies
 PHP frameworks – Cake, Symphony, Code Igniter, Zend
 MySQL, Linux, Apache

Deliverables

 Must be dexterous at coding an application which will have voluminous data layers
 Implement API based coding standards
