Position Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Location Bangalore
Key Point • 6-9 years of experience with minimum of 5 years in Software Quality in Aerospace / Defense domains.
• 2-3 years experience in Software V&V / Development Activities
• Certified Internal Auditor
• Working experience in an ISO/CMMI/AS 9100B /ISO 27001 software organisation
SQA Activities • Facilitate SQA activities as per DO-178B / CENELEC-50128
• Review different Project Artefacts
• Develop and implement SQA Plans for projects
• Track NCs for their early closure
• Carry out M&A activities
• Coordinate and facilitate External Audits
• Conduct SQA Audits
• Conduct Pre Delivery inspections
• Continuously Improve QMS
Certifications • Certified Auditor for ISO 9001:2008
• Certified Auditor for AS 9100B/C
Standards • Thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2008,CMMI-DEV, AS 9100C,DO-178B, ISO 27001,CENELEC-50128
• Thorough understanding of different Software Development Life Cycles and V&V life cycles
• Thorough understanding ofProject Management Practices as per PMBOK or equivalent

Job Description

Quality Assurance Representative / Inspector
Job Position: Permanent
Location: Bangalore
Job Hours: Full-Time
Job Role: Quality

Reviews regulatory, program requirements ensuring early quality involvement in product conformance to design, requirements using various complex inspection tools and technique surveillance plans. Provides feedback and recommends solutions to ensure process compliance and disposition of complex nonconformities. Coordinates and conducts product review and verification. Identifies repetitive or significant nonconformances and initiates requests for appropriate root cause determination. Provides expertise and leadership to subcontractor, work under minimal supervision.

Extensive and specialized knowledge of assembly and production processes, manufacturing structures), and data needed for defining delivery configurations (e.g., design definition, program drawings, change memos, wiring diagrams and schematics, functional tests, supplier data). Ability (manufacturing) processes and requirements from in-service procedures and requirements.
Quality Systems Process
Extensive, specialized knowledge of production quality systems to analyze and resolve customer knowledge of QA organizations addressing customer quality concerns.


Typical Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED and typically 7 or more years' reacted experience or an equivalent experience.
