We have planned for an open walk-in event on 9th Jul’11 at both B’lore-HO/Hyderabad premises for the 80+ Java open requests-Most critical. Below are requirements that needs to be addressed at high priority.

Java Sr. – 4+ yrs experience – Java with additional skills as specified below

a) Core java with RDBMS – 3-4 years
b) Spring,hibernate,JSF, struts – 3+ yrs
c) Spring,hibernate,JSF – 5+ yrs
d) Spring, struts – 4+ yrs
e) JSF/Rich Faces – 4+ yrs
f) Java, J2EE, Struts ,Pentaho report, tomcat, JBoss, Oracle, MYSQL – 4+ yrs
g) Java with swing – 3 – 5 yrs
h) Core java, swing, SQL, Java Servlets and JSPs – 4+ yrs
i) Web Service Resource - Java/j2ee, web service design and development, deployment of web service on tomcat / web logic server knowledge of SQL programming will be an added advantage. Developing build and deployment script (ANT or maven) will be an advantage – 4+ yrs

Technicality Required: Core Java with RDMS skills- MS SQL Server, Oracle, (working experience preferred on both core Java and RDMS skills)

Job Essentials:

2+ years relevant experience in software solutions and life cycle and/or within the supply chain /logistics industry.
o Good core JAVA experience.
o Very good exposure experience with relational database SQL, PL SQL and excellent query writing Skills.
o Product development / customization experience is a big plus.
o Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving problems

Note for Java Swing reqmt : It is better if the resource is from Bangalore. Initially for knowledge transfer he would have to stay in Hyderabad for 3 to 4 months later he should carry on work from Bangalore. The person should be open to work in shift mode in random basis (atleast till 22 hours – which means not throughout the year, based on synchronization with other team members. Only one person from the team at a time required to do the shifts).


8. Sr. Java Developer:

Essential skills:
Senior Developer on Java and Web who can take up the Technical Analyst role and also do a lead role. He should have 5 years experience in developing web based platforms in Java, Struts, Spring and Hibernate.
He should have good knowledge and experience in building components and well aware design patterns.
Travel domain knowledge/experience are highly preferred
Should be able to take up a module lead role.


9. Senior Java developer with design capabilities with 4-5 years of experience with below expertise:
