Java Tech Lead

We are currently looking for Tech Lead to join our Product Development team at our Hyderabad location in India.

Qualification:

• B.E/B.TECH/MCA/M.Tech/ME/MS
• 6-9 Years - JAVA, J2EE, SPRING, Hibernate Skills

Skills:

• Knowledge of J2EE (5.0 and above) Architecture, Java Script, JSP, Servlet, Hands on experience in any of the J2EE Framework (Struts/EJB/Spring), ORM tools (Hibernate/ JPA), Java APIs, Web Services: Webshpere/ Weblogic/Jboss/Glassfish, Data Modeling, DML and DDL,
• Problem Solving, Planning, Executing and Deploying the Web/Web-enabled Projects.
• Experience in at least two complete implementation of projects.
• Must be a good team player, capable of designing the products and writing complex codes, leading and guiding the team technically.
• Responsible for the deliverables of the team.
• Plan, execute and control the development activities. Must have lead a minimum of 8-10 members team in a project, sound knowledge of SCRUM / ITIL / PRINCE / MODEL2 etc methodology, Concurrent Versions System (CVS).
• SUN Java Certifications, Healthcare Provider Domain, CMM Level 5 or ISO Quality Standard preferred.

Java Junior Developers

Qualification:

• B.E/B.TECH/MCA/M.Tech/ME/MS
• 3-5 Years - JAVA, J2EE, SPRING, Hibernate Skills

Skills:

• Strong Java/J2ee fundamentals.
• Understanding of the requirements.
• Must have good hands on experience with Coding and Debugging.
• Must have hands on with spring, Hibernate, Web services.
• Design: Good exposure to Design patterns.
• Experience with Unit Test Case Development.
• Hands on with Unit and Integration Testing.
• Exposure to product design is a big plus.
• Working knowledge on at least one standard data base.
• Should be able to work under tight deadlines.
• Must have Good Communication skills and be a good team player.
