We need branch heads and operations incharges for the above
newly opened offices. The ideal candidates should have the following
qualities:
a.
Should be highly presentable and possess very
good communication skills.
b.
Should have a proven and verifiable track record
in software sales.
c.
Should be capable of thinking broad marketing
initiatives that can work in the markets designated besides having strong
business closing skills.
d.
Should be familiar with erp concepts and related
technologies like databases, web etc and should individually be able to hold
discussions with the clients and make presentations.
e.
Should know who’s who on the competitors
landscape.
Such
a person will be incharge of the branch and will have to build his own team and
achieve agreed targets without being too demanding on the HO. We are
looking at having an office with atleast 10 person staff in the next 6 months
at the locations mentioned above.
