PM - Banking Domain - Muscat

We are looking for senior PMs from the banking domain. The 4 job details are mentioned below in detail. Please do not apply if you do not have sepcific job experience. Job Summary 
·         The requirement is for the provision of 4 Project Managers with domain experience to drive four different Projects being initiated by the Bank. An overview of the involvement of the PMs is given in the separate attachment.
·         The duration of the projects is conceived as 8 ~ 12 months, which could get extended as it is likely in all projects
·         Our proposal shall be valid for 60 days and hence once the Resource is identified, you will have adequate time for resource mobilization
·         The last day for submission of the proposal by us is June 12
·         The Job profile of the respective PMs are attached here with
Common Deliverables by the respective PMs wherever it is applicable
·         The Project Plan
·         Status Reports
·         System Requirement Specification Document
·         Integration Definition Document & Interface Mapping document
·         Test Plan and Strategy
·         Test Cases
·         Tracking of issues and its resolution in System Integration Testing
·         Tracking of issues and its resolution of UAT Test plan & Test cases prepared by business
·         Coordination with various IT units for backend system including middleware team for resolution of issues in UAT ,SIT, Performance testing & Penetration testing
·         Logging and tracking of issues
·         Preparation of go-live implementation plan and its execution

·         To work with IB implementation vendor in preparation of the above mentioned document.

1. PM - TSYS Card System - Online, Prime & Fraudguard

Should have the following key skills / experience

Knowledge of System:TSYS Card System – ONLINE, PRIME & FRAUDGUARD
Experience:
·         Experience in working in above mentioned system for a period of 8-10 years.
·         Should have managed successfully a minimum of 3 Implementation on PRIME, ONLINE & FRAUD GUARD.
·         Deep understanding on EMV VISA Cards, Retail Banking Process implementation, Cards Technology & Payment system implementation
·         Cost evaluation, Technical evaluation, Bank wide system implementation, Functional document preparation &preparing ROI,
·         Implementation experience particularly in GCC is preferrable
·         Experience and working knowledge on database systems like Oralce, SQL Server & DB2 for card implementation perspective.
·         Knowledge ATM / Debit Switch interface and operations.
·         Should be PMP / PgMP certified,

Main Role (Overall Accountability)

§  Manage planning & execution of projects from the initiation phase to the closure phase.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Document  Project Charter
  • OrganizeProject Initiation Meeting.
  • Preparation of WBS, PBS &Project Plans,
  • Identifying, tracking managing and resolving project tasks and issues.
  • Identifying, managing and mitigating project risks and continuously monitoring the same.
  • Ensure that all EPMO standards and the user requirements (stated as well as implied) are met.
  • Ensuring Delivery of IT Projects and agreed time, resource and budget
  • Defining and collecting metrics to give a sense for how the projects are  progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable
  • Managing the overall work plan to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
  • Setting reasonable, challenging and clear expectations to project team. This includes providing good performance feedback to team members
  • Give due importance to Team building skills so that the people work together well, and feel motivated to work hard for the sake of the project and their other team members. 
  • Ensuring Project Steering Committees and Project reporting
  • Participate in  development of Project Management Skill in IT Department for staff interested in Project Management
  • Document Project Progress report and update Project Dashboard .
  • Conduct  Project Closure Meetings.
