Manager - Program Management

Experience:  4-6 years                                                                                             Job Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: CEO

Role: 

·         Coordinate with senior management in all organization strategic initiatives working closely with CEO

·         Follow-up and update CEO on various organization operational and strategic co-ordinates

·         Prepare and support CEO and senior management in terms of required data support and reports in making strategic deals

·         Support in market analysis and reporting in preparing organization strategic initiatives

·         Collaborate with internal teams to create effective reporting in meeting the set organization targets

·         Analytical ability to evaluate and alert management in meeting the sales targets

Requirement

·         4 + years of experience in program management involving overseas project coordination exposure

·         Demonstrable experience in coordinating, driving and updating on various operational and strategic initiatives and operations

·         Highly creative with experience in handling multiple projects and coordinate in meeting the set targets

·         Good knowledge on automation tools in generating reports

·         Well organized and quick at response with accountability

·         Good academics and  good technical understanding (Premier institute is an added advantage)
