A pointer for off shore jobs

most of us have an aspiration to work offshore . Not just for the money and comfortable life it offers but also to expand our horizons.while we might have all the necessary experience for an offshore job , most of the times the openings that our advertised come with a very simple pointer that you should have the necessary documentation with you - like a h1 or a b1 or a hsmp visa . the reason for this demand usually is that a project might roll asap or might be rolling already . In case you do not have the documentation then it is better not to apply for such a position or should you apply make it clear that you intend to apply for the visa and will be available in future with the visa . whatever be your personal situation at the point of time , dont pin your hopes on such jobs without a visa !
