Description
** Understand internal and client hiring needs / requirements
** Identify and recruit software professionals through various online resources, networking, references and head hunting
** Screen resumes thoroughly and short list candidates through a series of technical and HR interviews
** Coordinate with Sales and HR teams to close the positions
** Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers
** Achieve targets assigned and maintain profitability through performance
** Meet hiring schedules and focus on reducing cost per hire
Desired Candidate Profile
** Should have 2+ yrs in IT Recruitment experience in US staffing industry
** Should have good knowledge of IT concepts
** Should have good knowledge of HR process, tax terminology, contracts and benefits
** Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter- personal and negotiation skills
** Should have ability to consistently meet deadlines and targets
** Should have ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment
** Post graduation in Human Resource Management is preferred
