Experience in Core Java , J2EE
Hands on development experience in JSP/Servlet, Struts, Spring, Hibernate is mandatory
Experience in the database and SQL
Working knowledge of Design Patterns, Design Tools is an advantage
Good Communication and analytical skills
May require overlap with US time zones in the evenings (not regular)
