We have 2 positions open for HR & India Payroll specialists for our client .These are not regular HR positions, these candidates shall operate as Business Consultants for our client's HR products.
Following criteria need to be met:
1. Should have alteast 4 years of HR department experience.
2. Should have handled Employee master data maintenance, keying in data for payroll, Leave management, Attendance tracking
3. Processing India payroll for atleast 2 years within the 4 years.
4. Should be aware of all the statutory components and calculations for Savings, Declarations, Tax & state wise requirements
5. Excellent written & spoken, communication skills as this is a completely client facing role
