Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Description: Design, develop, test, evaluate software and systems to implement solutions.

Technical Skills:

 Minimum 5-6 years of experience in .NET

 Work experience in ASP.NET with VB.NET or C#.NET is a must with .NET Framework 3.5 +

   Willing to work on ASP.NET with VB.NET web application project.

 Should have hands on experience on SQL Server 2008 or above

 Knowledge on major languages/technologies is a must, like Web services, JavaScript, HTML,

XML, AJAX etc., is preferred.

 Hands on experience in OOPS concepts

 Knowledge in SSRS or any other reporting tools like Crystal Reports will be preferred.

 Hands on experience on any of the Version Controlling tools such as VSS / SVN, etc.

 Knowledge or implementation experience of 3rd Party development controls such as Telerik,

Developer Express (DevEx) etc., will be an added advantage

 Working knowledge on SMS/Text communication services, IVR automation etc., will be an added

advantage.

 Good communication skills – Spoken / Written

 Exposure for project performance improvement, load balancing, usability, and automation

techniques will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

 Should be able to work independently (if required)

 Should be able to communicate with the clients

 Need to work on different US time zones (few times, if required)

 Should be able to participate in Requirements Gathering, Technical Documentation, Designing.

 Software testing and quality assurance

 Support, maintain and document software functionality

 Evaluate and identify new technologies.

 Should be a good team player with good attitude towards achieving the goals set

Education: B.E/B. Tech/MCA/M. Sc.(Comp. Science/IT)
