Around 9-10 years IT experience in the following areas- - consultant on full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations - experience in having project managed at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle implementations -experience in working in a distributed development/ deployment environment -experience in having worked on projects in the banking domain is essential Manage implementation through planning to go live.
Effectively manage expectations of key stakeholders and achieve project goals Project delivery as per time, cost, quality and scope expectations Manage project level risks and issues Good communication, flexible, ability to mentor the team on the technical/ architectural aspects -Might require stretching beyond normal work hours during project deadlines, should be willing to work in shift if required -Should be self driven to get into an existing project and understand the scope and requirements within a short span of time to be able to architect solutions for the same.
