Understands the project requirements to the extent of estimating and creating LLD at the module level.
Ability to create and manage traceability from requirements to work products.
Understands and confirms to projects change management processes.
Complete understanding of the design process followed for the project.
Strong Experience on C# .Net & WCF, Silverlight and DB (Oracle).
