The candidate must :



· Be a pro at SEO

· Be a pro at Internet Research

· Be a pro at Viral Marketing (complete ownership)

· Have extensive knowledge of the Search Engine Market

· Be a pro at Social Media Optimization

· Know the concepts of Back-linking thoroughly and should be able to execute it

· Have extensive knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Book Marking

· Be well versed with Online campaigns

· Be a pro at Online Branding, Website Keyword Management, Web Analytics

· Must have intensive knowledge of Online Directory Submissions

· Keep abreast of possible opportunities in the Online space (Video/PPT/Brand marketing etc)



Other basic requirements from the candidate are:



· The ability to manage and run campaigns on his own

· The ability to track and generate Website performance regularly

· The ability to communicate and engage on Social Media

· The ability to strategize and evaluate options for Online marketing
