Skills required :



• Siebel technical experience of 5-10years with overall experience of 6- 12 years

• Experience in any of these modules: EAI and Siebel Administrator



For EAI



• Experience with EAI

• Strong experience in integration workflows, business services and creating/modifying integration objects is a must.

• Should also have worked on one or more Siebel provided transport adapters like EAI Http Adapter, EAI MQ Transport, EAI MSMQ Transport, EAI JMS Transport, EAI File Transport etc and possess basic Siebel configuration knowledge including joins, links, multi value links etc.

• Certification in the module will be preferred.

• Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Should have Client Management /people management experience

For Admin

Good experience on Siebel Administration

Experience on Clustering,

good knowledge on Siebel Application Deployment Manager and Build migration.

worked on UNIX and Windows Platform for siebel versions 7.5, 7.8, 8.0, 8.1.



• Excellent domain knowledge and business process knowledge.

• Should be able to analyzing complex requirements and provide solutions.

• Review Change requests, perform impact analysis and provides estimation.

• Good hands on capability.

• Should be able to guide/mentor/train junior team members effectively.

• Communicates effectively with leads, team members and Clients.

• Presents and discusses work results clearly and provides status reporting to the management.

• Defines in designing project specific templates.

• Prepares/guides and ensures that team follows the specifications / standards / guidelines / design.

• Reviews the specifications, documentation, test cases and get it approved by management/ Client.
