Experience with rich-client interfaces and Rich internet application UX.
- Experience designing and developing UI patterns and reusable components.
- Ability to synthesize complex requirements, generate design concepts by
providing wireframes, storyboards, and carry these through to completion
- Ability to develop and communicate User Experience design guidelines,
templates, and standards
- Proven experience defining, developing, and documenting UX design and
interaction requirements/specifications.
- Experience creating Low and High fidelity interactive prototypes is
required.
- HCI Graduate or Certified UX Candidate is a huge plus.
- High degree of proficiency with prototyping tools such as Fireworks,
Photoshop, Visio, Flash, HTML, etc.
- Knowledge of Flash, Flex, Action Script, XML
- Experience working in an offshore-onsite model highly desirable
