The candidate should have the following skill set:
1. Extensive Experience in Tivoli Storage Management (TSM)
a. version 5.4.1 & later
b. 3-4 years minimum
c. In an Enterprise environment
2. Experience in working with IBM TS3500 backup library (or similar)
a. 2-3 years minimum
3. 4-5 Years working on backup systems in Enterprise environments
