Primary Skill Requirement • 4-7 years of experience in Siebel, with 2-4 years of experience as a Siebel Developer using Siebel 8/7.8 Call Center Module extensively. Minimum 1 Siebel end to end life cycle implementation experience
• SME in Siebel Call Center, Siebel Service Desk.
• Develop detailed SRS (functional use cases) and also provide input into technical design.
• Develop and own detailed Siebel functional design
• Thorough understanding of process flows, configuration, customization and data model
• Rapid turnaround to assist with change management across all UI areas i.e. Knowledge of configuration vs. extension vs. customization, high level sizing experience. Building visual mock-ups/prototypes
• Development of detailed estimates and work breakdown structure.
• Review of the test plan and test cases with the testing team
• Detailed task tracking and managing technical dependencies with other technical teams
• Experience of Siebel Agreements & Entitlements extensively.
• Extensive experience in Configuration using Siebel Tools, Server Administration, Assignment Manager, Workflow Process.
• Extensive skills using Siebel Tools, Siebel Visual Basic & Siebel e-Script.
• Exposure to Siebel Analytics, Siebel EAI and Siebel EIM would be a bonus.
• Automated build and deployment processes
