Hands on experience in Specific technical skills includes: Core Java, J2EE, Documentum, Oracle, WebLogic and Endeca (optional)
Good working knowledge in Documentum modules like: Web Publisher, Work Flow, Documentum Admin, Jobs, DFC.
Should be able to troubleshoot document related application issues.
Good working knowledge in Web based projects.
Good understanding of J2EE design patterns.
Hands on Experience in complex J2EE application design, development and implementation.
Trouble shooting Performance issue in J2EE projects.
Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
Hands on experience in working on web trends would be an added advantage
