Primary Skill Requirement • 5+ years of experience designing for Web, mobile, and/or software applications.
• Strong visual design, illustration, and communication skills; solid understanding of UX design principles.
• Good working knowledge of core graphic design tools (vector, raster, and animation); Good experience with Photoshop or other such tools Conceptual familiarity with current Web technologies.
• A passion for design, from high-level concept to pixel-level detail; a love of spirited, productive discussion and debate.
• An ability to create emotionally compelling experiences.
• A talent for diplomatic discussion and thought leadership: the ability to convince, to listen, to collaborate, and to inspire.
• Leading the definition of visual designs throughout the product lifecycle, from initial explorations to final deliverables.
• Producing layouts, user interface elements, color palettes, typography, storyboards, and prototypes.
• Translating product concepts into engaging designs.
• .Pushing the boundaries of what's possible to create better experiences for users.
• Developing and evangelizing own design ideas.
