VICE PRESIDENT (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
This role is based in Saudi Arabia and may also involve travel to other Middle East countries


WHY WE WANT TO HIRE
Saudi market is rapidly expanding and has renewed its investments in IT. To take advantage of new opportunities, Our client aims to strengthen its presence in Saudi Arabia. The aim is to increase revenue from the Saudi market by at least 100% by the end of current financial year.


WHO IS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

a) Someone with loads of commonsense and who knows his limitations
b) Someone who genuinely believes that customers can be acquired and retained only through delivering beyond what was promised
c) Someone who can do a cold call and make the person on the other side eager to meet him
d) Someone who can instill confidence in customers that Our client can deliver
e) Someone who has the ability to spot opportunities and then close the deal
f) Someone who can monitor competition, develop market intelligence on new projects, new customers and new industry developments
g) Someone who has already worked in a Middle East country in a similar role or experienced in dealing with Middle East customers (Prior experience working in a Middle East country is not a must)
h) Someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role


RESPONSIBILITIES

a) New business development
b) Keeping the client happy at all times by delivering what was promised
c) Maximizing per client revenue


SKILLS

a) Ability to write a business / commercial proposal
b) Ability to write and make presentations to senior people
c) Definitely good knowledge in IT. Someone who can have a meaningful and business winning conversation with CTOs and other key people
