Excellent development skills in C#

- Well aware of .Net 4.0 framework and above

- Good development experience on Asp.net MVC 3.0 and above

- Should be conversant with various design patterns, UML and Architecture best practice

- Good knowledge on jQuery and other web development technology

- Working knowledge of Entity framework or other ORM frameworks

- Other MS technologies like BizTalk, Workflow foundation and sharepoint would be a plus
