Required Skills and Experience:
1) Must have prior experience in managing a call center in dealing
with
Teleshopping / Online sales company experience
(preferred)
2) Ensuring there is adequate Manpower on daily basis, must be
flexible to work in any shift,
Should be ready to work OT as per business requirements.
3) Serve client base by planning and implementing call center
strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; managing staff.
