Title: Call center Sr. Manager / Director
       for an Phone Order / Online Order Retail Startup
Required Skills and Experience:
  1) Must have prior experience in managing a call center in dealing with
     Teleshopping / Online sales company experience (preferred)
  2) Ensuring there is adequate Manpower on daily basis, must be flexible to work in any shift,
     Should be ready to work OT as per business requirements.
  3) Serve client base by planning and implementing call center strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; managing staff.
  4) English, Telugu, Hindi language required.
  5) Must ensure exponential growth is achieved and target Monthly sales revenue goals.
  6) Must implement mechanisms to keep the call center team motivated and energetic.
  7) Must ensure call center staff provide TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE and courtesy as PRIORITY.
  8) Must Strive to achieve repeat customers.
  9) Must have exp in developing performance reports Good inter personnel skills and Lead by example.
  10) Will assume a vital role in driving sales for the company.

   1) Required 6+Years exp. for a new online retail start up that needs to scale up very quickly.
   **) Must be instrumental in creating a motivated and charged work environment with aggressive focus on
       nothing less than "Great Customer Service" (VERY IMPORTANT CRITERIA)
   2) Will be responsible to establish hiring strategy and actual execution of the talent sourcing and recruiting,
      Previous experience in Team Building, Hiring, and Firing.
   3) Must be very responsible in areas of talent retention, Creating One-to-One Harmonious Relationship and
      promoting great Team Work amongst all employees.
   4) FMCG / Foods / Beverage industry experience is preferred.
   5) Will be dealing with wide range of people from sales agents, drivers,Software personnel..
   6) Handling of training & development functions of Employees, Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee.
      work results, counselling employees and handling disciplinary matters.
   8) Handle Employee Compensation & Benefits, Employee Competency Mapping and Employees welfare initiatives.
   9) Handle Administrative functions related to the company.
