Job Description- SAP HCM Consultant

Role location: SAP HCM Consultant, Hyderabad
Position summary: As a SAP HCM Specialist you will be solutioning at our client locations on designing, building, testing and implementation of SAP HCM solution. You may have to work independently or work along with internal or client’s team. Consultants are expected to have a proven track record of SAP HCM implementation across Manufacturing & Services domains.
Responsibilities:
·         3-4yrs SAP HCM experience.
·         Essential to have minimum 1 end to end implementation experience.
·         Business Knowledge of various HCM processes.
·         Knowledge of standard HCM business practices
·         Ability to configuring the system based on the client requirements.
·         Must have client facing skills and be able to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the clients.
·         Experience on any Talent Management modules , ESS/MSS, PMS, PD etc,
·         SAP Certification is an Added advantage.
·         Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment.

Skills:
·         Minimum3-4 years of SAP HCM experience.
·         Exceptional skill in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll (India or International) and Integration between them.
·         Experience in writing PCRs and Schema.
·         Knowledge of setting up test scenarios and test scripts.
