1,Senior Developer OPs Engineer

1. Expertise on Linux
2. Expertise on AWS stack
3. Have managed large production setups in Live environment running 100s of nodes on AWS
4. Knowledge of deployment orchestration frameworks like Puppet, Ansible
5. Java/python/Boto/Fabric/Ansible exposure required.

2.Architect + Manager

1. Hands on architect with demonstrable experience building scalable cloud based backends.
2. Knowledge of complete development lifecycle from design, implementetion, testing, deployment and monitoring and being able to build all these into the product.
3. Lead a mid sized engineering of 6-8 people
4. Expert Level Exposure to build RESTfull services
5. Expert level knowledge of AWS stack 
6. Have managed large production setups in Live environment running 100s of nodes on AWS
7. 80% IC role, should be able to mentor and become role model for team members
8. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and set them up in production requirement
