Designation:
- Head of Sales & Marketing
- Reports to the CEO
Minimum Qualifications & Skill:
- An MBA or equivalent in any business development activity with at least 15 years’ experience in Sales in fields related to Our Client's area of work.
- Should have lead sales teams for at least 6 years.
- Should have undertaken marketing activities to an extent of budgeting & executing
- Able to communicate clearly and crisply, with an ability to interface between the technical team and the customer
Role:
- Develop annual sales plan dovetailing into Company strategy & Company goals
- Budget sales & marketing activities along with planning & executing exhibition/workshop participation
- Develop market strategy and data for Our Client's global sales with inputs from various management personnel
- Be able to develop and motivate sales team
- Develop customer, competitor, market & domain data bank that is reliable and useful to plan sales
- Contribute to team effort to ensure Company goals are met
- Be able to negotiate and develop relationship with potential customers
- Generate accurate reports and present monthly to the management team & shareholders
- Meet sales targets set within given deadline, territory and accounts
- Set targets and drive the sales team to achieve team & Company goals
