Job Description

·         Sound knowledge of Indian Payroll and HR Statutory Compliance.

·         Must have good Communication Skills.

·         Should have good analytical skills so as to understand the written policies and procedures of the Payroll and HR statutory regulations of different countries.

·         Track the changes in the Payroll and HR statutory regulations of different countries.

·         Discuss emerging compliance issues with management.

·         Consult with corporate attorneys as necessary to address difficult Payroll and HR compliance issues.

·         Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 to 7 years of experience in Payroll and HR Statutory Compliance.

Marketing executive - hyderabad
