Title: Merchandising/Sourcing Sr. Manager / Director
Required Skills and Experience:
1) 5+ years of Senior Manager, Director level, with proven experience working
with Supermarket chains or online retailers.
2) Experience in Vendor tieups, Vendor Sourcing and Vendor coordination in RETAIL and NON-RETAIL segment
3) Previous experience in Team Building, Hiring, and Firing
4) Must be VERY comfortable with executing high-level decisions and cost saving measures
5) Candidates with good supplier contacts are preferred
6) Procure FMCG inventory at best prices
7) Procure White Label products and brand them as our own.
8) Inventory-stock management and stock forecasting
9) Open for travelling to Exibitions, Seminars as needed.
10) Mentor junior members of the team
11) Lead by example
