Required Skills and Experience:
1) 10+ Years of handling door-to-door delivery operations.
2) Managing delivery crew and handling order fulfillment (cash on delivery process)
for FMCG inventory.
3) Route planning in Hyderabad, fleet fuel and servicing handling
4) Must strive for cost reduction in logistics
5) Identify and implement cheaper and greener delivery mechanisms.
6) Responsible for handling the drivers and product delivery agents
7) Very Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and hands on experience
in team leadership and training to new hires.
8) Provide detailed daily and weekly reports on delivery.
