To make this blog a little more interactive , here is one more HR tip . Thanks to technology and job portals , we now have the luxury of sending our CVs to various companies and recruiters with one click . Now per se there is nothing wrong in it . Here is just one big pitfall - at times the jobs on display are not exactly a fit for your skills , hence at times recruiters will receive a vice president CV for a receptionist job . So just do one carefull read of the jobs on display before you click on the "apply to all jobs " option . happy job hunting :-).
