    I have 14 years experience and expertise in managing multiple software development projects with geographically distributed teams in banking domain using Java/J2EE family of technologies. I have successfully managed projects in waterfall as well as Agile model. Being a certified scrum master, I have become seasonal expert in transition and management projects using Agile-Scrum methodology.
