1.Stelink Adminstrator



JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Stelink Systems Administrator must have a strong background of UNIX operating system, SQL and Informix 4GL DB. SWIFT and SARIE will be an added advantage. Experience in STELINK and STEMATCH applications and other payment system related to banking sector will be an added advantage.
The individual is expected to utilize his many years of experience in handling the most complex and problematic situations, should be available around the clock to respond to critical issues.


PREFERRED  QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from an accredited university with at least five years of experience
The candidate must command a total of 5 yrs of experience in Banking and IT division.


OBJECTIVES AND SKILLS:

·         Strong knowledge of Unix, AIX, platforms required
·         Excellent Informix and SQL skills required
·         SWIFT and SARIE knowledge essential

·         Experience in installing and upgrading of applications.
·         Practices and methods of problem reporting and problem analysed.
·         Principles, practices, and techniques in the maintenance and troubleshooting of applications and software.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
·         Appropriate planning of systems maintenance to ensure optimal utilisation.
·         Database maintenance by monitoring free chunks, archiving and purging old data as per bank policy and procedures.
·         UNIX files systems maintenance.
·         Upgrade to new applications versions.
·         Provide technical support to application’s users.
·         Apply patch and fixes for smooth functioning of payment applications.
·         Provide business groups with periodical reports and online technical support.
·         Plan and complete technical test for new versions of applications.
·         Perform other tasks as directed by superiors
·         Prepare and review standard documentations and procedure.
·         Participate in 24 x 7 (out of hours) rotation

Oracle ERP-   Applications Developer 

1.      Job Description :

Has a Minimum 3 years in Oracle EBS implementation projects, Previous experience in design phase of   Oracle EBS project. Strong written & communication skills - information gathering, discussing ideas & solutions, At least two Oracle EBS implementations. He is responsible for developing and maintaining the corporate Oracle EBS Applications, either through new application development or the continued enhancement of AWAL Oracle EBS solutions.  The Oracle EBS Applications Developer will provide strategic level technical leadership in Oracle EBS solutions design and build related activities. The developer will collaborate with various development and operations organizations to ensure quality and on-time delivery of database applications.

The position requires the ability to understand and articulate the big picture of the application and operating environment, and provide technical solution to complex business problems using various Oracle technologies. The Developer/programmer should have technical experience and background in all of the following development languages and functional areas: Oracle ERP R12.x (Financials, HR and logistics), Workflow Builder, SQL, PLSQL, Oracle developer (Forms and Report), Oracle DB objects (Triggers, packages, procedures, functions, etc). Experience with Oracle Jdeveloper OAF, User hook, XML Publisher and BI Publisher.



2.      Responsibilities:
·         Raise support tickets with Oracle support and follow up for solution
·         Coordinate with Oracle support, DBA,Technical consultant and other Functional consultants for implementing bug fixes
·         Coordinate with other application consultants for issue fixing and proactively prevent issue occurrence (Custom systems, ERP ,CRM ) for interfaces
·         Advise management on roadmap for Application and database upgrade , implementation of newer features (on need basis)
·         Implement activities within the areas of responsibilities.
·         Documents existing procedures and operating methods;
·         Defines requested data requirements;
·         Coordinate, collaborate, and work alongside other IT to ensure a properly configured and maintained ERP system
·         Prepares/maintains project/work schedules and required project documentation. 
·         Develops and implements program/system test plans. 
·         Devises data verification methods and standard system procedures.
·         Provide continual assessment and review of testing and integration plans to ensure correct and completeness of content.

1.      Job Description :
Oracle ERP Financials Functional consultant with solid experience in AP,AR, GL, FA and Cash Management and end to end life cycle implementation experience in Oracle ERP.  Understand on all aspects of Oracle implementation on a global scale and able to lead team.



2.      Responsibilities:
·         Provide user support, handholding and respond to queries
·         Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and provide permanent fix
·         Evaluate requirements from users, prepare change requests for approval from management with solution approach , with effort and cost estimates
·         Prepare design – Functional
·         Review functional setups & configuration and take corrective action
