AX / ERP implementation Project Manager

a.        Duration: Long-term (atleast 1 year)

b.       Start Date: ? (possibly ASAP)

c.        Location: Redmond, WA

Mandatory Skills: -

a.        ERP Project Manager

b.       4+ years of project management in ERP (preferably AX) implementation

c.        Some Dynamics Axapta (AX) functional or technical experience, especially implementations

d.       Deep knowledge of implementation cycles in ERP projects; combination of out-of-the-box and customization (within implementation) scenarios preferable

e.       Role would be of

a.        Project Manager

b.       Create and track project management plans and activities

c.        Work across multiple streams and teams in order to understand progress, roadblocks and risks

d.       Effectively report on project activities, risks and forecasts across teams as well as to management stakeholders

e.       Use knowledge of AX implementations (pref) in order to be more accurate regarding project plans, risk identification and tracking

Preferable Skills

a.        Relevant certifications in AX

b.       PMP certifications

c.        Excellent communications skills

d.       Specific methodology experiences:

a.        ERP: - CRP

b.       AX: - SureStep

c.        Internal-Microsoft: - SFE (Scenario Focused Engineering); ITLC

e.       Internal Microsoft experience.
