Job Deliverables
Customer Issue Resolution & Responsiveness
# Candidates must have an understanding of IT environment, and have demonstrated skills designing and developing technology in area(s) of specialization to solve business problems.
# Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle methodology.
# Lead & manage multiple projects.
# Ability to understand and analyse issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
# Define and understand the customer issue by creating the adequate reproduction scenarios.
# Research, troubleshoot, develop and implement a workaround (if needed) and gain agreement from customer on problem resolving.
# Act as the Third tier support to take the escalation and solve the customer issue.
# Working on multiple initiatives.
# Drive the implementation of continuous improvement activities including new support tools and automation.
# Responsible for maintaining the highest levels of systems availability, data delivery and availability, and customer satisfaction for all assigned systems.
# Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
# Responsible for end user satisfaction with complete accountability of meeting the defined Service Level Agreements.
# Strong analysis and customer service skills with sound problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills

# Drive the communication with the customer to ensure the customer has confidence on problem resolution provided by Microsoft.
# Collaborate with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively.
# Produce quality documentation and share with the appropriate team members and tech lead as appropriate.
# Communication w/ customer to ensure proper understanding of their situation and their desired resolution in order to assure appropriate response.

II. Areas of Expertise

• Dynamics CRM:
# Object Oriented Programming and Design experience
# CRM Configuration skills (On-premise and Online)
# CRM Installation and performance troubleshooting skills
# CRM Development and Maintenance Experience
# Four or more years of CRM development experience

• Programming in C# - Experience in developing and sustaining the applications in ASP .NET
Desirable Skills :- One or more of the following areas
• .NET Tools and Technologies - experience of leveraging the same and designing, architecting, implementing and deploying Line of Business Applications.
• Databases: Candidates must have Database skills for SQL Server Development, 64 bit implementations and Performance Tuning.

# In addition to the above if the candidates have fair knowledge on SQL OLAP, SQL Server Data Mining, Data Warehousing, Reporting Services and Business-Intelligence, IIS, NLBS Clustering, SAN as an added advantage.

• Portal Technologies like SharePoint Portal Server, Content Management Server, Enterprise Project Management, Solution Accelerators and Office System
• SharePoint: Experience in MOSS 2007 & 2010- Farm Administration, SharePoint Customization.
• E-Business Servers like BizTalk Server, Commerce Server, Host Integration Server and BizTalk Accelerators.
• Dynamics Axapta: Knowledge in Dynamics AX, ideally with the AX 2012, Knowledge of Integration technologies and frameworks (WCF etc.)
• Infrastructure: Expertise in one or more of the following areas.

# Platform: Windows 200x Active Directory, Windows Clustering, MIIS, LAN/MAN/WAN Technologies, TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS, Ports & Protocols, SAN/Storage and GSP skills, Business Desktop Deployment, RIS, PKI, etc. Experience in managing production systems and applications built on Windows servers and advanced knowledge of SQL Systems, Web technologies, Active Directory, TCP/IP protocols, system performance and IIS.
# Messaging: Exchange 200x
• Management: Systems Management Server, Microsoft Operations Manager

III. Education and Experience
# Must have Graduation Degree
# Highly proficient & solid Customer facing Project experience involving technical consulting, solution support / sustenance, project envisioning, planning, development and deployment in one of the areas mentioned in Section II.
# Must have a proven record of delivering technical solutions and sustenance support.
# Must have 5+ years of related technology experience
# MCSE/MCP/MCTS/MCITP/PMP Certified in at least one of the Microsoft Technologies is an added advantage.
# MOF/ITIL certification is an added advantage.
