1. Senior Developer Ruby on Rails

PFB the required detail for Senior Developer 2 to 5 years of experience on Ruby Rails with strong analytical and problem solving skills, verbal and presentation skills.

Technical skills:

1.     Strong programming capability in Ruby language and Web application development using Ruby on Rails

2.     Working with document oriented database like Mongo DB

3.     Should have working knowledge of HTML5,CSS3 JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Thorax and Map Reduce

4.     Should be comfortable with designing new User Interfaces which can evolve over a period of time

5.     Familiarity with optimizing application performance by leveraging load and performance test

6.     Making applications responsive for hand held devices

7.     Knowledge on Git/Github, Unit testing, Project and Process management

8.     Exposure to technologies in Health domain will be an added advantage

2.  

Software architect. 1

The Software Architect will be an integral member of the Product Development team responsible for design, analysis, development and deployment of an e-procurement product.

·         Experience with Microsoft .Net, MVC, jquery based frameworks, SQL Server OR Oracle required. Azure is desirable.

·         Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery.

·         Experience in performance tuning applications highly desirable.

·         Provide written high level and detailed design documents.

·         Define technical product roadmap to continuously enhance the product.

·         Automation of engineering best practices by introduction and roll-out of tools.

·         Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution.

·         Mentor development and support teams by guiding SOA development standards and insights into system architecture at a departmental and enterprise level alike.

·         Anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur

·         Present technical issues and recommendations for solutions to senior leaders and management.

·         Be able to create proof of concept with the team for adoption of a new technology

Senior .net Developer experienced with 3 - 5 years of experience: 1

·         The Senior Web Developer works closely with business analysts, QA analysts, and business stakeholders to develop creative technical solutions to support corporate initiatives while meeting scalability, security, quality, and performance standards.

Content Developer and Designer with 2 Year experience

·         Expert with proficiency in multiple design software like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator

·         Strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS, XML, HTML

·         Knowledge of graphic design principles, layout, typography, color and branding is required

·         Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and/or current web standards is required

·         Experience with UI design of web and mobile applications

·         Good knowledge of UI design fundamentals

·         Should possess skills to work alone and as a team player
