Job Description:

•                    Siebel CTI Expert with 6 – 8 year(s) experience

•                    Very strong experience on Siebel CTI(Computer Telephony Integration)

•                    Strong technical background, Good understanding and knowledge of Siebel Architecture and Data models beginning with Siebel 7.x/8.x versions

•                    Strong client engagement skills & experience in  Understand the CTI Business Requirements

•                    Prior exposure to Siebel CTI integration with CCA or Avaya or  any middleware tool and usage of customer dashboards is highly desirable

•                    Siebel Inbound Calling/CTI

•                    Experience in CTI settings and configuration

Experience in CTI Configuration Activities like

•             Setting up and Configuring Communication Driver and Profiles

•             Setting up Configuring Communication Configurations

•             Setting up and Configuring Agents, Teleset

•             Setting up and Configuring Communication Events Handlers, Responses, Logs

•             Setting up and Configuring Communication Commands, Command Data

•             Setting up and Configuring Communication Toolbar, Menu Commands

•             Enabling Session Communications

•             Enabling Siebel for Administering Siebel Communication Server,

•             Enabling Siebel for Administering Siebel Communication Configuration Manager

•             Enabling Siebel for Administering Siebel Session Manager

•             Enabling Siebel CTI Toolbar for fully functional calls including
