Job Description
ü Technical skill set - 3 years of experience in Oracle PL SQL. Strong technical skills are required because this is a critical production support project
ü Will be working in production support project (mostly). If required, will be asked to work on development project also
ü Need to interact with the client directly
ü In case of priority 1 tickets, the resource will be work during late hours. Priority 1 tickets are rare in this project
