Job Description Key requirements :
a. Sound Finance & Accounting Business Process knowledge
b. Expertise in the Procure to Pay functional stream in SAP with
multiple project/program roll-outs
c. Exposure in Asia Pacific Finance system roll-outs
d. Single-handedly led complex SAP project delivery for atleast
4-5 years. SAP Functional/Technical experience for atleast 7-10 yrs.
e. Big picture orientation and should have handled a customer
account directly
f. Prior exposure in JNJ projects – desired
Accounting Knowledge and Certifications - must be able to design and lead Finance related functional processes/discussions at a debit/credit detailed level Thorough knowled and understanding of business related activities. Possess upper management perspective and objectives with an appreciation for the priorities.
Core FI CO skills
· Ability to supervise others with varying degrees of technical and business knowledge. Must be able to advise and work effectively with others, especially under pressure of project deadlines.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written in English.
· Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle and ability to effectively apply project management methodology.
· Ability to manage multiple projects of varying degrees of complexity.
