Our Client is looking for smart Sales Managers to lead the PLEDGE (an HR product) sales in South/West India and North India.
Job Description:
* Contribute to top line by building new clients and mining the existing clients. Don"t worry our Service Delivery team has excellent feedback on implementation. You can ride on that wave of success. For new clients we expect you to combine your intelligence to plug the client requirements with what we can do. We have a deal.
* Study industry trends, customer challenges and identify new solutions for clients.
* Own the end to end process of identifying client to closing deal. This includes leading the product demonstration calls (we believe that"s what clinches the deals), preparing proposals, negotiating hard with the client.

Keyskills: Sales & Marketing in Product Companies. ERP experience would be a definitive advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: MBA/PGDM -Marketing
We expect the candidates to have the following skills:
1. General- Excellent communication (verbal & mail), excellent in excel and power point.
2. Aptitude- Solution based analytics. Ability to quickly understand client"s challenges and work with the internal team to identify a solution
3. Attitude- Love what you do and work with minimum supervision
salary 4 lakhs to 8 lakhs per annum based on experience and profile
