Primary Skill Requirement - Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience in R12 in all three HR, Payroll and SSHR modules
- Strong & Detailed Knowledge of Oracle HCM Functionality & Key Business Processes
- Good exposure to UK Oracle Payroll system and payroll reports
- Strong & Detailed knowledge of Oracle Absence management system and accrual plans
- Good knowledge on Payroll processes and generic issues
- Develop, Test & Implement Functionality Changes for UK Legislation
