Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible of development of CRM task from detail design, coding to unit test and build stages
Involve in running of sub system tests, support of System Test, User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Production
This role may also involve interaction with our customers at UAT and production stages, definition and implementation.

Must Have Skills:
• Java 5 Knowledge (Java Desktop SDK, Basic Swing, JEE, EJB)
• Familiar with Object Oriented development principles
• Familiar with basic design patterns (e.g. singleton, factory, proxy)
• J2EE (EJB, JMS)
• Web based system development
• Java swing
• Experience in UI development
• Knowledge in application servers (e.g. BEA Weblogic)
• Data modeling and ERD.
• SQL knowledge
• Basic unix knowledge
• Debugging techniques
• Familiar with weblogic/webshpere application servers
• XML
• Web services
• Unit Test techniques
• Ability to prepare a detailed design document.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Practical Engineer (Computers)/Industrial & Management Engineering (specializing in information systems) or BA with external retraining/internal retraining
• Familiar with OO development methodologies
• Networking or complex file formats experience.
• Apply knowledge of several components / application
Business understanding

IT experience & relevant experience? - Around 6 yrs/5.5yrs
Budget - <8.0lacs p.a
Mode: Permanent/Contract
Location: Bath UK (6months to 1 yr) after the completion would be deputed at Bangalore.
Interview Process: Client internal interview on CRM domain , Java , J2EE followed by Client interview
