Our client is looking for a expert valuator with 5-8 years experience in valuing:
1) Plant and Machinery
2) Industrial Assets
3) Land and buildings
4) On-going businesses
5) Life and residual value estimates of plant and machines
Exposure to diverse industries will be a definite advantage. Candidates will be required to assess industrial asstes of Cement, Engineering Plants, Steel Plants, Petro Complexes, Refineries, Power Generation and Transmission Companies, Telecom Assets etc.
Candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia and should be willing to travel to other Middle East countries. Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on the experience of the candidate.

3) Shopping malls and multiplexes
4) Hotels and other service industry related assets
Ideal candidate will be able to address the requirements of investors, developers, lenders like banks etc.
Candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia and should be willing to travel to other Middle East countries. Remuneration is negotiable and will be based on the experience of the candidate.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate business appraisals, valuation of businesses for global clients.
Ideal candidate will be strong in accounting and corporate financial concepts, would have worked with various valuation softwares and have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Skills we are looking for:

1) Knowledge and experience of valuation principles and finance
2) Ability to create reports confirming to international standards
3) Experience in using research databases like Reuters, Bloombers, Factiva etc.
4) Conduct comprehensive financial and business analysis of companies including market/industry, competitors etc.,
Candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia and should be willing to travel
