PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountabilities Major Activities Key Performance Indicators
1) Updation of Oracle entries • Preparing of GRNs day to day basis
• Updation of production batches on daily basis
• Weekly closing of production batches
• Preparation of stock transfer note and ensure that physical qty dispatches is accurate as per the document
• Enter physical count entries for Finished G & RM & PM on monthly basis
Daily updation of entries
Accuracy of oracle reports
2) Inventory • Ensure accurate physical stock taking as per schedules received
• Reconciliation of physical and oracle stocks
• No deviations between physical and oracle stocks - in case of the deviation, the same to be identified and explained
• Monitoring Raw material, Pkg Material& Flavour requirements
• Tracking & reporting of slow moving & non moving stocks

3) MIS • Sending out the DIR on daily basis to all concerned -
• FG Stock Report
• Daily Production Report
• Daily Dispatch Report
• Stock report of Raw Material and Packaging Material
• Resolving and updating internal queries
Daily receipt of DIRs
4)
Handling petty Cash Maintenance of petty cash and ensure to submit all the req documts
Handling scrap sales, if any
Accuracy of cash transactions
