4 DIMENSIONS
• Responsible for all systems interface integration .
• Responsible for all Application/Web erver maintenance, support and tuning.
• Responsible for manageing reporting tool integration between OFSA & T24.
• Provide Application/Web management functions, including database monitoring, reporting, analysis, auditing, back-ups, preventive maintenance, tuning, refresh
• Assist in assure efficient and secure operations of all databases for training, testing,
development and production environments, through frequent monitoring and fine-tuning.
• Install client,server software.
5 KEY RESULT AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
• Provide trouble shooting of problems at the server and application level.
• Provide support and assistant to Support Desk in application/web related issues.
• Provide after hours support to related systems when required.
• T24 Administration(Upgrade, Service Pack and Patch installation, Printer setup , Env Refresh)
• Develop, implement and maintain Web Sphere and scripts to enhance and automate the
administration process.
• Proactively monitor performance & space on daily basis.
• ORACLE OFSA Support.
• Report the progress of work to the team leader or manager
• Ensure strict compliance of divisional policies, standrads and procedures in development
of new systems.
• Controlling access permissions and privileges on Database and OS level;
• Comply with ITD's SDLC methodology, SLAs/ OLAs and COBIT framework
• Ensure internal customer satisfaction of related work and ITD in general.
• Application Release administration & managing VSS
6 OPERATING ENVIRONMENT, FRAME WORK, BOUNDARIES, WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Interaction with system users across the bank will be through support desk and project leader.

Rapid resolution of problems, which are varied and often unique in nature, is required to maintain high availability of systems with minimum impact on customer service.

testing and development systems.
• Manage Database environment (support, tuning, backup, upgrade, solve technical issues ...etc) and other Database environements.

• Working knowledge of Oracle RAC and hardware clustring
