• Provide trouble shooting of problems at the server and application level.
• Provide support and assistant to Support Desk in application/web related issues.
• Provide after hours support to related systems when required.
• T24 Administration(Upgrade, Service Pack and Patch installation, Printer setup , Env Refresh)
• Develop, implement and maintain Web Sphere and scripts to enhance and automate the
administration process.
• Proactively monitor performance & space on daily basis.
