Business analysts and techno functional PM for doha qatar

For our IT major client having operations in bangalore. We are looking for consultants to work from Doha . 1. Business Analyst - Crew Operations - Person should have very good domain understanding and experience (at least 6-8 years) in the area of Crew Control, should understand the crew legalities & rules including the regulatory requirements like CAP371 rules . He / She should also have experience in documenting the business process and system requirements specification documents. Experience with implementation of a Crew Control system would be a huge advantage.

2. Business Analyst - Flight / Aircraft Operations / Ops Control - Person should have very good domain understanding and experience (at least 6-8 years) in the area of Airline Ops Control. He / She should also have experience in documenting the business process and system requirements specification documents. Experience with implementation of a Ops Control system would be a huge advantage.
Onsite – 6 months to 1 Year extendable.

3. Techno functional PM – Ecommerce/Payment Solution

Exp – 6-8Yrs
Job Description :
• Manage multiple initiatives on global and local payment option evaluation/implementation
• Managing vendor evaluation for payment solutions and handling the technical implementation
• Facilitate and gather Business process, requirement and document functional specifications
• Functional Analysis, Gap Analysis and documentation

Critical Functional/Technical Skills:
• Very good knowledge on Ecommerce, Online Payment processing
• Implemented different global and local payment solution (Eg: Credit Card processing, Pay Pal, China local payment, other E-wallet services, direct bank transfer, 2 step payment processing)
• Good knowledge of online fraud management, reconciliation and reporting
Knowledge on Airline reservation systems associated products

Leadership:
• Project Management Skills
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business processes
• Key liaison between IT and major stakeholders in requirements gathering and solution delivery.
• Mediate between stakeholders to prioritise conflicting business requirements.
• Escalation to Senior Management level of project and process risks.
Duration – 6 Months to 1 Year – Extendable
