Role: Domain Consultant in Pharma Research and Development


Prime Responsibilities : -Creating revenue generating sources (Business solutions, consulting engagements, and driving sales), Building  R&D domain competency within organization, Contributing to Brand enhancement initiatives.

Experience : -Deep functional expertise in understanding, analyzing and proposing IT solutions in Research and Development area of Life Sciences. Played a key role in implementing IT solutions for any of R&D business functions.

Qualification: Relevant area  Ph.d and/or masters degrees and certifications.

Functional Area Details :-

-          Strong knowledge of CDM (Clinical data Management) and  CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems)
-          Knowledge of Drug Safety and Regulatory submissions.
-          Knowledge in Discovery Informatics and Preclinical operations
-          Knowledge on R&D LIMS, MES
-          Knowledge of BPO operations in R&D space.
-          In Pharma/Biotech/Med Dev/Consumer Health at Managerial level with at least 10+ years. Or an IT manager with large stint of experience with R&D domain.

Skills:- Excellent client facing skills, Excellent communication skills. Sales orientation, Ability to interact with top analysts, Deep understanding of industry trends and needs. Ability to help presales and sales team in winning the deals. Excellent documentation and presentation skills. Proven involvement in IT projects and as such IT savvy.

Expectations :- Frequent international and domestic travels. Relocation on short notice. Meeting multi time zone requirements. Result oriented. Knowledge of systems and applications within the specific domain.

Prime Responsibilities: Creating revenue generating sources (Business solutions, consulting engagements, and driving sales), Building domain competency within organization, Contributing to Brand enhancement initiatives.

Experience: Deep functional experience in medical devices design, validation and compliance functions at Managerial level with at least 15+ years. Or as an IT manager with large stint of experience with medical devices company.

Qualification: BE, BTech, Chemical Engineering and relevant certifications.

Functional Area Details:
·         Compliance & regulatory
·         Testing and validation
·         Medical devices functional knowledge
·         Knowledge of imaging technologies
·         Knowledge of manufacturing cost optimization initiatives
·         Molecular diagnostics

Skills: Excellent client facing skills, Excellent communication skills. Sales orientation, Ability to interact with top analysts, Deep understanding of industry trends and needs. Ability to help presales and sales team in winning the deals. Excellent documentation and presentation skills. Proven involvement in IT projects and as such IT savvy.

Experience: Deep functional experience in Sales and Marketing functions of Pharma/Biotech/Med Dev/Consumer Health at Managerial level with at least 15+ years. Or as an IT manager with large stint of experience with S&M domain.

Qualification: MBA Sales/Marketing and relevant certifications.

Functional Area Details:
·         Understanding of current business and technology trends in Life Sciences Sales & Marketing, Prelaunch, Product Launch, Sales, etc.
·         High level understanding of CRM/SFA Tools/Applications/Products/Components
·         Basic Knowledge on Mobility and Unified communications in the context of usage in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing domain
·         Working knowledge on Business Analytics/MIS, S&M Portfolio of applications
·         Additional knowledge on Consumer Health/Medical Device/Animal Health Sales & Marketing shall be an added advantage
